| dc.description.abstract | 1. 과업의 목적 및 범위 가. 과업의 목적 ∘ 금강정비사업의 준공(2009~2012)으로 보 설치 및 운영에 따른 수질악화와 주변 생태계 변화가 우려되고 있음 ∘ 이에 따라 금강비전 추진을 위한 정책개발과 금강정비사업 이후 관리방안 마련을 위하여 수환경 모니터링을 실시하고자 함 ∘ 본 과업은 ｢금강정비사업 이후 수환경 모니터링｣ 전체 과업(2011~2015)의 2차년도(2012.12.03~2013.08.29) 과업임 나. 2차년도 과업의 기본방향 ∘ 금강정비사업 준공 전·후 수질 및 수생태 등 변화상을 중심으로 수질·수리/수문·생태계 분야의 모니터링 실시 ∘ 환경영향평가 협의 시 제시(예측)된 수질․수생태계 변화 예측과 모니터링 조사결과를 비교분석 ∘ 생태계 및 지류하천 변화(침식, 유로변경 등) 조사 등은 상시 현장조사가 가능한 지역의 시민단체(NGO)가 조사 - 이후 생략 | - |
