| dc.description.abstract | Ⅰ. 들어가는 글 우리나라에서 지금까지 추진된 경제·사회 개발전략의 특징은 파이(pie)를 생산하는 것에 주력한 반면 생산된 파이를 사회적으로 배분하는 일에는 매우 소홀하였다는 것이다. 이러한 경제우선주의의 부작용으로 인하여 우리 사회내에서는 시급히 해결을 요하는 다양한 사회문제들이 야기되고, 국민들의 복지욕구수준은 점차 심화되었다. 이러한 사회적 문제를 완화 또는 제거해야 할 사회복지제도 역시 그 기능수행이 미비한 관계로 지역간 및 사회계층간의 격차는 심화되는 상황에 이르게 되었다. -이후 생략 | - |
