| dc.description.abstract | 올해는 우리 충남발전연구원이 설립된 해인 동시에 열린충남誌가 창간호를 낸 해였다. 너무도 큰 변화의 물결들이 우리 주변에서 빈번히 밀어 닥치고 있어서 정신을 가다듬기 조차 어려운 때이지만 우리는 세계화와 지방화라는 역사의 큰 물줄기를 觀照하면서 우리 충남지역의 발전을 대표하고, 대변하는 공익 연구기관으로 우리의 할 일을 고민하고자 한다. 우리는 주위가 어수선하고 변화의 물결이 빠를 수록 좀더 냉정한 마음으로 진정 충남과 인접지역의 조화된 발전을 위해 지방과 중앙정부에 권고할 일, 지방의회와 지역주민들에게 협조를 요청할 일들을 찾고자 한다. -이후 생략 | - |
