| dc.description.abstract | ● 충청남도는 ‘함께하는 행복한 동네자치’라는 비전을 세우고, 다양한 제도 실험을 모색하고 있음 ● 선진국에서는 지역사회 거버넌스 형성을 위한 효과적인 단위를 ‘동네’로 보고, 다양한 동네거버넌스에 관한 담론이 확산되고 있음 ● 우리의 경우 동네규모, 동네단위 지역사회(공동체) 형성 및 대표와 주민자치와의 관계 등에 충분한 이론적 검토 없이 주민자치와 관련된 정책들을 정부부처별(예: 마을만들기) 또는 정부수준별(예: 중앙의 주민자치회 시범사업, 충남의 4대 주민자치 모형) 상호 연계성 없이 독자적으로 추진함으로써 현장의 혼란이 가중되고 있음 ● 동네 규모에 따라 ‘민관협치형’ 주민자치와 ‘자율형’ 주민자치의 이원적 접근과 연계노력이 필요함 - 이후 생략 | - |
