| dc.description.abstract | 2011년 서울시에서 발의됐던 무상급식투표 전후로 '복지' 또는 '복지국가'는 한국사회에서 가장 중심적인 사회경제적 쟁점으로 떠올랐다. 2012년 대선과정에서 정치권이 쏟아내는 복지담론, 복지공약을 보면 가히 복지의 백화제방이라 할 만하다. 2012년 여당후보의 선거공약이었던 노인들의 기초노령연금은 여전히 정치권과 전문가들 사이에서 논란이 되고 있다. 예산만 보더라도 전체 예산 357조 7천억에서 복지분야가 차지하는 비중은 105조 9천억 원으로 29.6%에 달하고 있다. -이후 생략 | - |
