First of all, it needs to develop and push forward an activation business, which has a hight quality about the traders and consumers’ demands and satisfaction. Because of this, it relates to push promote the sustainable traditional activation business. Secondly, it needs to seek an activation plan, which considers the impact factor to contribute about improvement of the activation level such as build an public parking.
